For this week of the Couch to 5k plan, the three runs were: three minutes of running, one-and-a-half minutes of walking, five minutes of running, two-and-a-half minutes of walking, three minutes of running, one-and-a-half minutes of walking and five minutes of running. This is another big milestone on the road to 5k, as the walking in now half of the overall running, rather than being matched like before, and because I am now able to run for 5 minutes which is nearly 1km.

I feel from this point on that the rate of progress will be a lot more noticeable and the overall sense of achievement will be higher.
