Having ran continuously for 25 minutes three times last week, for the penultimate week of the Couch To 5k plan I have had to step that up further to running for 28 minutes three times.


I feel that the hardest part of the plan is behind me now. From this point on it’s just gradually increasing my time spent running until I hit the promised 30 minute mark. The  jump from week 6 to week 7 provided a massive boost to both my motivation and mental attitude and having realised I could run for a decent length of time three times a week, I now have the resilience to push myself towards the end.

That said, it will be all over this time next week…
